Family Conversation I

Mim: "No, I´m not going to watch Lord of War. You already made me sit through it once."
Nim: "Why won´t you watch it again? How many times have you read The Poisonwood Bible by Margaret Atwood, hey?"

Sacrilege!

Not that there was anything wrong with The Poisonwood Bible (I quite enjoyed it) but how dare he take Margaret Atwood's name in vain!

yes, A.S. is a delight, but it has always rather irritated me that she has to write everything in trilogies. it is very presumptive and elitist.

Oh yeah, Possession was indeed a trilogy!

No. If memory serves, Possession was the only one that wasn't part of a trilogy, and hence, regrettably the only one I've read.

Mark, I know, was a lame attempt at sarcasm. Possession is the best of the lot though.
